We replaced nearly 700 linear feet of railings along three floors of balconies on this 24-unit condominium building, and repaired the concrete balcony floors. The new railings and railing support system were custom designed.

Hampden Tower

Lincoln Park, Chicago

We designed new interior stairs for this 22-story residential high-rise to improve access to the rooftop pool, built digital 3D models of the soon-to-be-renovated rooftop deck to help them visualize various design options, and redesigned the vestibules to parking lots to meet life safety and fire separation requirements.
